| The research "Development of A Computer Simulation and Test System for Missile Structure Design" is root in a project which is supported by the Spaceflight Support Fund. It aimed to improve the efficiency of missile design and amend missile performance. The integration of CAD and CAE is core technology in this study. Methods as follows were adopted to achieve this goal. Firstly, a model based-on features was built, and then, we got the data that we interested in by the operation of feature identification and extraction. Finally, an application was used to accomplish the transform between two different data format. During the research, harvest and conclusions as follows were reached.(1) Established an integrate user interface. The interface was developed by Java program language which is a kind of Oriented-Object language and possesses the ability of platform-independent. The interface both succinctness and powerful in functional, the user can master it in a short period.(2) Developed an application that used to feature identification and extraction, In Pro/ENGINEER design environment, it is forbidden to access the model database, so secondary development to Pro/ENGINEER is essential. The feature identification and extraction module proposed in this paper could be used to access the database and capture feature-relevant data.(3) Established a feature information engineering database. Characteristics could be achieved as follows in this database based-on Access. It support complicated data type and data structure, has abundant semantic connections, support dynamic definition and modification to data mode, has ability of version management and perfect user interface. In this database, data is stored in different layers.(4) Accomplished the development of data transform application. A JDBC-ODBC bridge technique was adopted to access engineering database. Data items were read one by one and then transformed to ANS YS command stream format.In conclusion, the prototype that developed in this paper carried the integration of missile design and analysis out. It could be references to the sequent research in this field. |
