The performance of the turbine blades has great direct inflection on the total performance of the engine, and the design procedure of the blades involves different kinds of disciplines, such as aerodynamics, heat transfer, intensity analysis, vibration analysis, fatigue, life evaluation, reliability, and so on. At the same time, there are complex coupling relationships among these disciplines. Thus, the MDO (Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) theory was introduced into the design procedure of complex system or their parts like turbine blade. At the beginning of this century, the theory study of MDO is in the initial step nationally, and is sporadically applied when designing turbine blade. But in these close years, in aviation and spaceflight area, the exploration and application of MDO technique was put out more and more frequently, and became the most important method during the complex design procedure. In order to improve the total performance of the turbine blade of aeroengine, and be ready for the further application of MDO technology in the whole turbine part, even the whole engine system, this paper mainly realizes the MDO procedure for the three-dimensional single-crystal solid turbine blade. iSIGHT, which is the one of the softwares in MDO field, automates the optimization cycles. The results tell us that before and after optimization, the aerodynamic efficiency and total pressure ratio of the blade are all raised, and the temperature in the blade is decreased, and the vibration and fatigue performance are also improved. The achievements include:1. Indeed realize the classic MDO strategy Multidisciplinary Feasible Method in the optimization and design of the turbine blade;2. As the basement of the MDO technique, compare two method for blade parameterization, and respectively write a program for these two methods to model the blade;3. Batch programs and softwares of different disciplines are used to analyze all the disciplines which were referred to;...
