Design And Research On Simulation Technology Of Redundancy Flight Control Computer

Flight control computer is a very important part of flight control system. In order to improve the reliability of flight control system, people usually use redundancy to solve this problem. This paper studies some technology about the design and simulation of twice modular redundancy flight control computer, completes the simulation platform and validates it.This paper introduces the structure of the flight control computer simulation platform at first. After analyzing the kinds of redundancy systems, it selects dissimilar twice modular redundancy as the structure of the simulation system, selects PowerPC and PC/104 as the hardware platform, introduces the structure of the whole simulation system and selects embedded real-time operation system VxWorks and Matlab as the software platform. At last it analyzes the reliability of the system by using two different ways.Secondly, this paper introduces the lower software of the simulation platform. After introducing the way of transplant VxWorks to PowerPC and PC/104 platforms at first, it analyzes the way of developing driver under VxWorks and especially introduces the way how to develope driver for PCI and PC/104 cards. At last it introduces the cross-compiling of Matlab and Tornado.Thirdly, this paper introduces the upper software of the simulation platform. After analyzing the structure of whole software at first, it introduces the submodule software one by one, including startup, self check up, synchronization, fault judgment, fault injection and so on.Finally, this paper validates the whole simulation system. First it validates the performance of close-loop control system one by one, and then validates the switch capacity of the system.
