Because the problem of construction time and the construction passage are limited in the excavating underground factory house, we bring up a new construction technology - several layers excavating at the same time and stress discharging in advance. The technology is used in the Hainan project which is a very large underground cavity, but it is young and there is no any experience, so the project were analyzed based on the new technology is necessary. The project's nonlinear numerical analysis were being done with the ANSYS program, so the safety of the surrounding rock mass and how to reinforce the weak area in time can be made sure. Through the analysis of the caculation value with computer and the survey value on the spot, an evaluation for the feasibility of the new construction technology can be given, Comparing with the popular method of layer by layer excavating the new method is good at many aspects. The analysis provides an effective construction method for the big underground cavities fast excavation.Through the analysis of the Monte-carlo random finite element and the system reliability method ofβembranchment method we consider to combine the two theories, and the reliability analysis method is used in the Hainan project. We analyses the every excavation step, and at the same time analyses the around rock's sensitivity, and get the sensitivity rock parameter. We anslyses the several layers excavating at the same time and the layer by layer excavating, and compare the two methods's shortcomings and merits. So we can get a full knowedge about the several layers excavating method which provides reference for the fast excavating. In this paper we provide an effective method for fast excavating, at the same time we analyses the new method and the traditional method. With the random finite element andβembranchment method we have researched the excavating method to evaluate the big cavity reliability in construction, and provided a convenient way for the feasibility research and the construction organization.
