| The dynamic simulation model of the direct air-cooling condenser, including each cooling unit's condensation heat transfer model and the condenser pressure calculation model, was established by deeply understanding the inner structure, the system composition and heat transfer calculation principle. The influence of the structure and the work mass's physics parameters was condensidered. Algorithms were developed with module modeling method based on STAR-90 simulation support system. The simulation model for the condenser system of a 200MW direct air-cooling unit was created. The model's static simulation precision under different load and its dynamic response on different disturbance were tested, which indicated the model can meet engineering requirements. The model can be used for simulation trainning and variable working condition analysis with better practicability. |
