At present, the high temperature corrosion of water wall has become a serious problem at power stations. The numerical simulation and cold model is based on one No.10 boiler of one Power Plan.The reason of the high temperature corrosion of water wall of No.10 boiler of one Power Plant is the coal problem and separation of primary and secondary air.Compared with the original boiler, The numerical simulation of primary air opposing tangential circle and adding side-wall air-blowing has been carried through. And the experiment & research has been carried on the test facility with Hot-wire Anemometer. The air flow in furnace was measured and observed under the different arrangements of burners. The flow characteristics in combustion region are shown in this thesis and the reconstruction scheme about how to solve the high-temperature erosion in water wall are made. The result shows that the scheme of this paper can resolves the high temperature corrosion and gas temperature deviation problems.
