Research On The On-line Modular Model For Performance Analysis Of Power Plant Thermal System

In order to realize the purpose of on-line monitoring the running state of power units,adjusting the operation parameters rationally and increasing the performance of power units,combining the process simulation and analysis method of thermal system,a set of online modular performance analysis system of power plant is designed. In the support of integrated modular modeling system and modular method, setting up universal heater model, performance calculation model and energy loss analysis of thermal system. The method on calculation standard value for the main operation parameters was put forward in the paper. At the same time, taking advantage of data acquisition system to gain the operating data, calculating the performance parameters and energy loss and analyzing the reasons on decline of economical performance in real time. The system played important function in improving the operational economics and security.
