By using the CFD software, the 300MW boiler has been simulated. The boiler is tangential firing pulverized coal boiler. It was studied the flow, convection and combustion in the boiler and gave the velocity distribution, temperature distribution and soon. In the paper, the swirl number distribution and the NO_x distribution in the boiler also are studiedBased on this, the boiler will be rebuilt. According to the way of combustion, I would add a flat of burn-out wind and change air's match to decreasing the NO_x. So two projects a redesigned. The results show that the two projects could decrease the let of NO_x in the vary degree and prove that the classified combustion adding burn-out wind has effect on low NO_x. And the classified intensity is more and the amount of NO_x is lower than before.
