A Study On The Measurement And Calculational Method Of Emission Of Nitric Oxides In Diesel Engine

In this paper, three basic effect factors for diesel NOx Emission are analyzed. That is the maximal temperature of combustion, the concentration of oxygen and the last time for the creation of NOx. Which are embodiment by such as the parameter of injection system, the parameter of work, the parameter of the construction of combustion-room and the condition of inspiration system and so on. The condition of the stand test, the standard of instruments and the measurement are described clearly. A set of formula are studied, which calculate exhaust mass flow and NOx mass emission by simple carbon balance. The dry to wet factor for exhaust gas and the NOx correction factor for atmospheric are induced. On this base, a computer program which contains both function of the standard calculation and the analyzing calculation is accomplished .Using the simple carbon balance method and the computer program, two sets data have been calculated . In the case of considering the error of the apparatus, the computer program is also used to calculation and analyzing their affection. The work is helpful to control the NOx emission of diesel engine.
