The Research Of Continuous Concrete Wall's Correction System Based On The DSP And CAN-bus

The continuous concrete wall machine is very necessary and it is widely used in the engineering construction. But the old-fashioned machines don't have the electrical detecting system of the concrete wall. This article which named as "the research of Continuous Concrete Wall's correction system based on the DSP and CAN-bus" researches for the substance. Apply the fashioned electronics to the engineering construction. In this way, not only improved the safety during the constructions, but also improved the accuracy. The article mainly introduces three parts. First it introduces the present technics. Second it detailed describes the CAN bus . Last, depend on the theory and the reality machine, the article gives the design of the whole electrical system. It also introduces the composition of the correction system which is used for detecting the works situations. The system includes the angle inductor part, the press inductor part and the depth inductor part, the controller called RC6-9, the screen called DI2, which are produced by RexRoth.The thesis introduces The Research of Continuous Concrete Wall's Correction System based on the DSP and CAN-bus's principle of the main node and the intelligent node. The focal point is to tell the correction system, the system which is used to be single in the past is composed of the angle correcting system,the depth detecting system,the stress inductor and so on .In this way the machine can not only be easily used and protected, but also may save the manual labor and material resources. And it also introduce the software developing methods, including BODAS software, ITE6 software. The two software are both developed by 3s corporation. In this way the system's whole software can be done. And in fact the whole system has big meanings.This thesis is a new search and try of the concrete continuous wall, through the deeply search it provides a new method for the control of the digital concrete continuous wall, so it has big meanings for the theory and reality.
