Form&Position Error of Passenger Coach Body Measurement System studied in this paper, is a fast, accurate and high automatic measuring equipment, which is based on Total Station and used to measure Aluminium alloy 200km/h high speed train made by Changchun Train Manufacturer. In this thesis, the basic principle of Form&Position Error of Passenger Coach Body Measurement System and the design of hardware and software system construction were introduced; the system math models were analyzed particularly; and errors of the system are particular analysed and recognised.Through integrating the design of measurement base points, the optimizing of check points, and the dealing with and analysis of measurement data, a new Coach Body Measurement method was formed, which is operable and efficient.And in this project, the development complexity and cycle were decreased by taking advantage of mix_programe of MATLAB and Visual C++. |
