Education is the headspring of society progress. The aim of education is not purely make the student to predominate over certain professional knowledge, technical ability, but mold the student's personality, healthy psychology. The research object of this thesis is "college student street" in the college town. The author believe that the aborative planning and logical management of the "'college student street" will produce important effect for guiding college student's consumption habit, encouraging their intercourse, setting up their scientific viewpoint of recreation.This thesis applies research method of investigation on-the-spot, multifold subject's crossing, and analysis for example. Firstly, the paper analyzed the environmental characteristic of the college town and student's psychological characteristics in the college town with which the planning of "college student street" closely-related. Secondly, the paper elaborated the factors influencing the planning method respectively. Thirdly, the paper summarized the planning method based on the environmental characteristic of the college town and the planning method based on the college student's psychological characteristics. Fourthly, the paper put forward the planning method for "college student street" based on environmental characteristic and crowd psychology, including "image method" for total layout, "applicability method" for functional subarea, "distributary method" for traffic operation, "humanization method" for spatial organization, "ecology method "for landscape environment, etc. Finally, through the project of "college student street" in Changing college town, the paper validate every planning method.
