Generic Algorithm is a parallel highly, organically itself, adapt itself searching algorithm referring to mechanism of nature selection and nature inheritance in biology field. Because of its two prominent features which are connotative parallel and convergent globality, Generic Algorithm is typically suitable to process complex problems which are difficult to process by traditional search methods. Tabu Searching Algorithm is a local search amendment algorithm by simulating the feature that humanity has memory to find the best. Namely, humanity always won't search places that have been searched temporarily, and will search places that have never been searched. If there is no suitable answer back to places that have been searched .Tabu Searching Algorithm avoids repeated and circuitous search by search rule for local neighboring fields and corresponding Tabu rules release some excellent individuals in Tabu by Aspiration criteria and ensures variously effective search to realize global utilization finally.Genetic-Tabu Search combines the random searching ability and parallel of Genetic Algorithm with the memory function of Tabu Algorithm, and solves problems of Genetic Algorithm such as bad grade ability,Pre-maturity effectively. This algorithm introduces the diversification of Tabu Searching into the variation arithmetic operators of Generic Alorithm to create Tabu variation arithmetic operators which makes the algorithm has memory in the process of searching. Generic-Tabu Algorithm avoids Pre-Maturity problem, enhances the convergence speed and utilization Quality and improve the utilization performance and robustness of Generic Algorithm. Meanwhile, the category operations of Generic Algorithm keep the advantages of multi-origin of Generic Algorithm and amend the weak point of Tabu Searching which is the lack of parallel for single-single operation.Urban landscaping is the important basic institution of a city; the important project of city's modernized development; and the public utility of amending ecological environment and enhancing people's lives quality. Urban landscaping playsa major part in adjusting climate, holding water and soil, reducing pollution, landscaping environment, promoting the development of economic society, and enhancing people's lives quality. The reinforcement of urban landscaping also holds the important significance to raise the whole level of urban landscaping, especially the coming of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Surrounding closely the goal of holding green Olympics and building ecological city, with the driving force of building ecological city as well as the one of suitable for living and holding green Olympics, Beijing is quickly pushed on urban landscaping. Therefore, whether the urban landscaping programme is scientific and rational, it will play a decisive part in the process of urban landscaping. The optimization of urban landscaping programme will surround ideas of amending city environment, protecting nature and focusing on ecology. Meanwhile, city programme should pay attention to environment and life quality, mix greenbelt and nature into city, and build an integrated city green network framework. Urban landscaping is a complex system project whose data treated involve many fields and exist a great number of nonlinear problems. Therefore, this thesis will introduce Hybrid Genetic-Tabu Algorithm into urban landscaping programme.The result claims that this research method of comprehensively applying the Hybrid Genetic-Tabu Algorithm into urban landscaping programme can gain good comprehensive returns (including social, ecological and economic returns), and hold strong practicability.
