| Nowadays, the problem of environment is becoming worse and worse. Burning the rubbish in the incineration boilers is an efficiency approach to solve the problem of the rubbish. At the same time, the steam is produced for offering heat and generating electricity. The aim in this thesis is to save energy sources and protect the environment of the incinerator for the castoff from paper mills. The study on the thermodynamics characteristic of the castoff from paper mills has been done. The best shape of the boiler arch has been found by numerical simulation and optimized design. The front boiler arch has been disposed with reason. Consequently the diathermancy was strengthened, the effect of heat transfer was improved and the flow and combustion process in the boiler has become much better.First, in this thesis the burn characteristic of the rubbish and the process of combustion in the chain boiler has been studied. A series of mathematic model has been given. This thesis carefully introduced the principle and formula of the turbulent flow model,two-equation model,radiation model,dispersed phase model and standard wall function method. The software FLUENT has been applied to simulate the temperature,pressure,velocity and mass fraction of species in the boiler furnace and stokehole. The analysis and the comparison have been done. The calculation results indicate agreement with the fact and the studies both here and abroad.Second, the thermal transmission model has been simplified. Using the front arch length l and breath h as variable, the heat absorption capacity optimization model of the fuel has been based. The front arch of the SZL10-1.25-MJ boiler has been optimized by LINGO 8.0. The front arch length has been added 0.2m, and the height has been added 0.3m. By analyzing the temperature,velocity and the mass fraction of species after optimization, it is easy to arrive at the conclusion that the combustion after optimization is better than the previous. The structure optimum design is succeeded. The numerical simulation is credible. The result is right. |
