| As the development of traffic construction of our country,the highway tunnel plan are leading to important increse in the high class highway construction of mountain and hills. More and more mountain tunnels with different lengths and different types have been built up.Traditional design and construction method couldn't satisfy the need of the reality.So,it is important for buliding up high tunnels econonically and high qualifiedly to desin tunnels with numerical simulation and to summarize tunnels construction and monitoring technology in time.In this paper we dissertate the FEM numerical simulation and the monitoring technology in highway tunnel construction.Analyse the monitoring data and summarize disciplinarian of Guanshan tunnel which is located in Binjiang district,Hang zhou, then combined with ANSYS program, we simulate continuous construction by load steps and tunnel excavation through "Birth" and "Death" method in the thought of releasing stress step by step.We study the mechanics behavior of tunnel portal with unsymmetrical loadings and the characteristic of stress and deformation of surrounding rock and supporting system,then get the development regularity according to time of ground surface settlement, vault crown settlement ,horizontal convergence and blot axial force.Compare the analysis results with in-situ testing data, and then get some useful regularities for the design, construction and research of similar tunnels in future. |
