| Hydraulic pumps which transform mechanical power into hydraulic power are driving force parts of the whole hydraulic systems, which are very important in hydraulic systems. The internal gear pump has the characters of small and compact size, light weight, long service life, small flow pulsation, and high volumetric efficiency under high speed. Currently, the research of high-pressure internal gear pump is rare in our country.Aiming at how to design the high-pressure internal gear pump, we analyse IPH type internal gear pump, work out its main geometric parameters ,and deduce the conditions of not happenning involute interference, trochoidal interference and trimming or radial interference when its teeth meshing. Then substituting into the parameters tested, and ultimately determine their geometric parameters.Aimed at the characteristic of internal gear, this thesis expounds the necessity of the adopting of modification gears in internal gear pumps.On analyzing various components of the IPH internal gear pump, its radial and axial compensation principle, and the sliding bearings internal spiral tank created and the role of theory can be obtained.The formula that calculates the internal gear pump instantaneous flow and the displacement is derived, principle use of uneven flow coefficient formula is derived, IPH type used for internal gear pump parameters of the above formula for calculating the three certification. Derived a more simple and more precise emission approximate calculation formula, the relation curve between displacement ,flow pulsation coefficient with modification coefficient was founded, and the relation curve between flow pulsation coefficient with modulus was founded.On the basis of deriving instantaneous flow, displacement and the calculate formula of uneven flow coefficient, parametric analysis of internal gear pump meshing gear pump, gear pump bearing load flow pulsation, the gear pump noise, vibration and thus can be seen for gear pump geometric parameters of the need.In this paper, the results of research conducted on internal gear pump design has important theoretical guide. |
