| Based on the study on the method of fault diagnosis and the development of the system of vibration monitoring, the fault characters of vibration and identification methods of shaft orbit which includes figure,nutation,are studied, and the turbine-generator shaft vibration remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system are developed consequently. The vibration characters of shaft system are analyzed and the model identification methods of two-dimension image and shaft orbit are studied in depth as well. Meanwhile, some improved methods are put forward in this thesis. Furthermore, the function of the system is designed according to the task of vibration online monitoring and the diagnosis system and the structure. A new data analysis module is introduced which includes the figure,nutation and stability together, aimed at the demand of the vibration monitoring and fault analysis, the identification system of shaft orbit give more detail information of the machine state, thus effectively solves fault diagnosis problem. |
