this article studied the transmission system of wind generator, used the 3D engineering design software PRO/E to set up the geometry model, then built the finite element model by the geometry one being channeled into the finite element analysis software ANSYS. We numerically simulated and analyzed the static loading,impact load, and according to operating condition of wind generator, We developed the board of transmission. This method can't only find weak parts for design and provide the strong theoretical values for rationality and prophet of design but offer the reliable guarantee for optimal or dynamical design of the structure of the gearbox. The cost of products can be reduced obviously, the development period shorten, and the global design or test level improved. We hope it's significant to the improvement of craft structure and level of design of power industry and has great use value by experiment and development of the board of transmission.
