Research On Strategy Of Steam Turbine Oil Purity Control For New Constructed 600MW Units

Along with 300, 600MW and above ST being put into operation one after another, the requirement on oil quality is enhanced and the cleanness is improved. However, the pollution control technology and management for lubricating oil system still in a lower level. Specially because recently, the construction scale developed rapidly and the corresponding system changed, the quality for oil cleanness control in ST newly being put into operation is dropped.The paper take 600MW ST units of Guohua power branch as example, present the analysis of the elements such as equipment manufacture, installation quality, which have influence on ST oil quality, present corresponding control measures to improve oil system pollution management, and also present new technology for ST oil system design and installation and feasible suggestion for resolving the problem of ST oil pollution for newly put into operation 600MW units, The suggestions for oil cleanness control of large capacity ST which newly put into operation in our country were made in the thesis.
