Priliminary Exploration Of Planning And Design Method Of Rural Green Residence In Modern China

With the rapid development of civilization in countryside, countryside area has inevitably faced and is experiencing an unprecedented transconformation, which account for the disintegration of stable structure of over thousand years. Thus, contradictions in all directions aroused with the chaos caused by clash between tradition and modern, reasonable and unreasonable, confusion and order, which makes the Sustainable development of countryside area and the whole society into the choke point of bottleneck.This article takes the rural residence in Guanzhong Region as an example, looks into it from the historical background of new countryside construction and the request of "Prosperously economy, affluent life, civilized rural ethos, featly village visage, democratic management",and also discusses the modern contradiction and the method of containable development of the transconformation in all directions based on the visual angle of efficient and harmonious development. Using the most economic and native techniques, and according to the motive adaptability of time and space to find the balance, circulation-symbiosis, maintainence, utilize, the development of rural feature.
