Partially prestressed concrete structure has been widely used in the field of civil engineering because of its high spanning ability, reasonable cost and good application prospect, the corresponding theory and application on design has developed tremendously, at the same time, much creativity research and application has been acquired. Still some theories and technologies need further study, traditional computation theory and design method faced new challenge for the complexity of design on modern statically indeterminate prestressed concrete structure.Based on the predecessor's work, system studies has been studied about the problems in statically indeterminate prestressed concrete structure, main research is included as follows: the influence between lateral stiffness and effective prestressed force, the changing rules in the working procedure, main influencing factors in the moment redistribution, at the same time put forward a corresponding design method considering lateral restriction and secondary moment and moment redistribution, etc.In a word, main problems existed in the design of modern prestressed concrete are settled, reasonable computing theory and method is put forward, perfect the systems of theories in statically indeterminate prestressed concrete structure.
