The water of most lakes and reservoirs has been polluted to some extent. Development and application about technology of resource water quality onsite process are preceding study problem of urban water quality secure safety. Water-lifting aerator is a big potential new technology by resource water quality onsite process. This technology is suitable to the water change much duo to season and serious endogen pollute.The author armed at Fenhe reservoir NH3-N over proof, investigates the dosing conditions and effect of the water-lifting aerator control to the Fenhe reservoir water-source NH3-N, which includes the following three parts, analysis of water quality and reason of polluted of Fenhe reservoir; the simulation of release of Fenhe reservoir mud; result of treatment Fenhe reservoir by water-lifting.In this experiment, Fenhe reservoir and Wan Jia Zhai reservoir water are polluted because they have a lot of NH3-N, Fe, Mn, between March and May. Fenhe reservoir mud character is obvious difficult along current direction. The range of dam to 2.5km, the concentrations of organism, N, P are higher than other area, the range is principal area pollutant sediment.The experimental results indicate: when T=4°C, the range of dam to 2.5km, the rate of mud consume oxygen is 4mg/( m2·h), the other area, the rate of mud consume oxygen is only 0.45mg/( m2·h). When DO<2mg/L, the rate of mud release NH3-N, Fe, Mn is quick, when D0>2mg/L, the rate of mud release is slow. Since Fenhe reservoir surface water freeze, after 40 days, DO decrease from 12.4mg/L to between 1mg/L and 2mg/L. After water-lifting aeration circulates, because water-lifting aeration mix and recruit affect, the trend of substrate water DO fall is hold back. Mud surface DO keep on above 2mg/L. The radius of not freeze is 120m by one water-lifting aeration, so water-lifting aeration and wind waves effect, the substrate water DO rise 8mg/L in short time. Water-lifting aeration circulate hold release of mud NH3-N, substrate water NH3-N decrease, surface water and substrate water NH3-N tend to even, and keep on 0.05mg/L.There is a decrease in NH3-N of 95% above that of the corresponding period of 2005.Water-lifting aeration technology prove to be an economical, convenient and efficient technology for micro-pollutant water source, and it can be used with other pre-treatment technologies with excellent results . It will play a very important role in reservoir resource water quality and urban water secure safety. Water-lifting aerator has a widest apply prospect.
