With the development of computer hardware and computational fluid dynamics at very fast speed , simulating axial-fan's the internal flow properly with numerical method can provide computational results in guiding the design and help us to choose the best design plan .Such effort is worthwhile since it greatly reduces the design periods.Axial-fan carry air by uplifted force that blade bring when circumvolving, so the primary of loss is flow loss. Curving blade is emphasis to try best to reform the performance and improve efficiency of axial-fan.The thesis uses the CFD software—FLUENT to stimulate the designed axial fan in the way of three-dimensional numerical simulation. The thesis choose axial-fan of mode KJZ55 of coal mine, emphasis study the influence about curving blade of axial-fan influence its whole performances in different curving angle. In that way, we get many important details, rules and performance parameters about the interior of axial-fan. The simulation result can truly reflect the complex internal flow in the axial-fan and provide the theoretical basis for machine designing and improving. Especially, it provide attempt to curving blade using for general axial-fan and reference to improve axial-fan's efficiency.
