In the past twenty years , the automotive industry has got a great development, but at the same time it makes energy source shortage and enviroment pollution arising worse and worse, and has been given more and more attention all over the world .To solve this problem, development of new type motor vehicle with low energy consumption and emmission is being under-way by automobile industry and research institude ,which is encouraged by government policy .The Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) can combine the goodness of conventional internal-combustion engine vehicle and electric vehicle,which can not only satisfy the performance that required,but also can achieve the goal of low energy consumption and ultra-low emmissions .HEV have much market potential and receive much recognition.Recently,as the development of HEV, there has more expect on electrical source,which can quickly charge and discharge, but battery can not satisfy it because of the poor ability under low temperature, the short life and can not quickly charge and discharge. The ultracapacitors are an attractive option in hybrid vehicles due to their high power density and long lifetime, and are very suitable for the highpower need like acceleration ,brake or mountain climbing of the vehicle. But the specific energy of ultracapacitor is very small,so the ultracapacitor is unfit for acting as power supply by itself. Hybrid system composed of batteies and ultracapacitors could combine the high power density of ultracapacitors and the high energy of convenient batteries . Batteries are used to provide the average power demaned by the vehicle , while the ultracapacitors are used to provide the essentially high peak power demaned by the vehicle .Along with the study deeply,how to describe Synergic Electric Power Supply System model accurately,develop practical simulation platform of Synergic Electric Power Supply System has become the key issue that needs to resolve.Therefore,parameter estimation and validation of battery,supercapacitor and Synergic Electric Power Supply System model,which is the main study in my paper.1.Fistly this paper discussed the hybrid electric vehicle and the development and technological superiority of Synergic Electric Power Supply System,then from the basic principle and control strategy of Synergic Electric Power Supply System start,throuth the previous results of simulation analysed working characteristic,obtained battery and supercapacitor working conditions and electrical properties of Synergic Electric Power Supply System,which provided for the parameter estimation and validation of Synergic Electric Power Supply System.2. Plentiful experiments for high-performance Ni-MH batteries that were assembled in CA6110HEV hybrid electric bus and BeiJing JiXing 100F supercapacitor were conducted ,which test datas were acquired by using Digatron Battery Test System,which electrical characteristics were analyzed.Test bed of Synergic Electric Power Supply System was established, take dSPACE as a control system, energy flows of Synergic Electric Power Supply System composed battery and supercapacitor were controlled respectively and plentiful test datas were aquired, which laid an important foundation for the parameter estimation and validation of Synergic Electric Power Supply System.3. Ni-MH and supercapacitor simulation models were developed through empirical modeling;Take advantage of components test datas,parameters of models were estimated and M-files were modified; Actual load conditions were modified by drive cycle,and then considered with the results of test and simulation,models were vadidated, which prepared for the parameter estimation and validation of Synergic Electric Power Supply System.4. Based on models establishing and parameters estimation of Ni-MH and supercapacitor,validation method of Synergic Electric Power Supply System was established;Take advantage of aquired test datas of Synergic Electric Power Supply System,which comparaed with results of simulation,so that could estimate validation of Synergic Electric Power Supply System.This paper estabilished respectively simulation models of batteries and supercapacitor by parameter validation experiment,which were vaditated by comparing with voltage curves of simulation and test;Take dSPACE as control system,test study of Synergic Electric Power Supply System in a drive cycle was conducted, energy flows of Synergic Electric Power Supply System composed battery and supercapacitor were controlled respectively,compared with simulation results in Advisor of Synergic Electric Power Supply System,which estimated precision of Synergic Electric Power Supply System model was high,which provide a favorable basis for simulation platform of Synergic Electric Power Supply System.
