Mine is a powerful weapon with high execution used in defending the coast depot, cutting off the enemy's waterway and blocking the seaport in modern wars. Although there are many anti-mine countermeasures, the mine-hunting, which has many merits such as celerity, activity and security, is regarded as the most important means of anti-mine by many national navies.The system for stabilizing platform of mine-hunting sonar and its core components are discussed in this paper. Relevant mathematics model of these components are established. Thus, the dynamic model of system for stabilizing platform of mine-hunting sonar is deduced. Then the classical PID control and Fuzzy-PID control have been used for the sonar array stabilization system, and relevant controllers are designed. From the simulation results, advantages of these two different methods are apparently displayed.Then, software of this system is designed. Under CCS2.2 environment, the DSP program is compiled, the flow chart is presented and the reliability of software is analyzed.At last, in the hardware design of this system, microcontroller TMS320LF2407A is applied as CPU and a special circuit, the real-time R/D conversion and sampling, is introduced to sample the angle signals. TMS320LF2407A is used to realize the control rule and A/D converter is used to sample the speed signals. And D/A converter is used to convert digital output-signals into analog signals. Both hardware and software of this system are debugged successfully. At the end of this paper, the process of debugging routine is particular introduced.
