Design And Study Of Programmable Machine Specialized In Machining The Large-scale Rudder Blade's Cone Hole

With the rapid development of shipbuilding industry,shipyards must have the ability of building ultral large-scale ships,but machining the cone holes in the lare-scale rudder blade is the emphasis and difficulty in mechanical processing. Because of its specific characteristics,it cannot be machined in the common mechine tool,and must be processed in the large-scale NC boring machine or special machine tool.In the domestic shipyards,large NC boring machine is used to process the large-scale rudder blade's cone holes.Obviously,there are many shortcomings,such as backward in technique,low precision ,low pruduction efficiency,strong labour intensity,high cost etc.By contrast,automatic special machine tool has its advantages,such as flexible use,low cost,high production efficiency and so on.So this paper carry on the following work.1.Work out the general processing scheme of the large-scale rudder blade giving an example of 15.900 T rudder blade,after the componet's craft is analysed.2.Carry on the mechanical design of programmable machine tool speclized in machining the large-scale rudder blade's cone holes,including mechanical principle,mechanical structure,the most important part(the special multifunctional boring shaft).3.Design electrical control principle and hydraulic principle.I introduce the main electric elements,carry on hardware design,and design the hydraulic control principle.4,Conduct the design and research of PLC software.In brief,"programmable machine tool specialized in machining the large-scale rudder blade's cone holes" can solve this difficult technical problem,change backward in our country,fill up the domestic blank,and acquire the great economic benefits. More important,it can not only be used to machine each kind of the rudder blade's cone holes,can but offer the better technique of assembling machine.It expands usage scope very greatly and has the profound meaning.
