As one of the core equipments in train traction control equipment, electric locomotive driving control system is thought as "neural center" and " brain ".In current, the electric locomotive driving control system of our country currently adopts the double-loop control structure of speed and current based on traditional PID regulate controller. The current and speed regulator realized by analog device such as operate amplifier, resistor and capacitor. This kind of PID regulate controller's parameter is fixed the system has a simple control structure, stability better, and is realized easily, but the regulate process relies on control model excessively, and robustness and the systematic dynamic performance of its control algorithm is dissatisfactory.According to the characteristics of hysteresis and the much goal, nonlinear in train operation, this thesis has firstly analized the control method of driving system and the working principle of electric locomotive , we design a distributed control system based on bogie of electric locomotive, have studied fuzzy control and neural network theory and algorithm, design "Fuzzy+RBF +PID "intelligent control algorithm for electric locomotive's speed regulate, and have simulated it under the environment of MATLAB/SEMULINK; hardware design adopts distributed control structure and 32 ARM7 Micro-processor, FPGA and the CAN bus communication technology, design and develope the prototype No. 1 and the 2 " Distributed intelligent control system of Electric locomotive driving unit"; And has realized the algorithm under the embedded real-time operate system—uCOS-II.We have had experiments for the prototype of" Distributed intelligent driving control system of electric locomotive " on the line between Chengdu City and the city of ZiYang section.The experiments proved that: The structure of system is reasonable, hardware worked safely and reliable, intelligence control algorithm is practical, efficiently , well control performance. In the course of experiment, the train start fleetly and speed regulate smoothly, dynamic regulation error is little. System has reached expected design purpose.
