As noise pollution is being known gradually, low noise mechanical assemblies has been one of the main research objects in mechanical industry. As a kind of mechanical assembly, the device of motor and pump is an important object of the research of reducing noise and vibration of machines. In the thesis, the resource of the noise of pump setting and theresearch actuality of reducing noise of pump setting home and abroad? are introduced; some partial structures of the chosen device of motorand pump are changed and the vibration of the shafts of the two kindsof systems are analyzed and emulated. In the thesis, with cost, processing, assembly, materials etc considered, the two shafts of the former kind of system are integrated,a new connecting method of the setting of motor and pump is come up with; the two shaft systems are equivalently transformed; based on the basic principle of torsional vibration, the two systems are analyzed respectively and their inherent frequencies are obtained; the relative damping coefficients are chosen; forced torsional vibration type with damping when the motor rotor receives a external force and the oil cylinder remains free and the relative angular displacement difference, angular velocity difference and the maximum momen of the shaft section near to oil cylinder body of the two systems in torsional vibration are obtained by emulating so that the relative difference of angular displacement, difference of angular velocity and moment of the shafts are obtained and the strength check and the assurance coehhicient of the new shaft are done. Finally, based on above analysis and emulation results, the thesis introduces the advantages after thechanging the structure and the influence on reducing noises, also the thesis compares the vibration under respective conditions of the new system with that of the old one, which can provide some references for researching the device of motor and pump.
