An Study On Flexible Condominium Based On The Sustainable Idea

In the 21 century, the social life has been being digitizing in great scale. The explosive in-burst way of information and the indulging tendency of the medium spreading have made the human no longer had blind faith in the rations. In the complex and many-faceted developing trend, a new kind of non-level free order has been erected, and modern people' s self-realization wish is expanding. Meanwhile, with the problems of resource and environment aggravating, the social demanding for sustainable development has been becoming more and more intensive. Therefore, the house, as a vital component of the whole society and the physical and spiritual environment of bearing the human life, should take on the characteristic of the period and express corresponding residence mode.This thesis expounded that family is dynamic progress, which comes from three changes: the change of people' s requirements, living style and family structure recycling. Houses, as substantial form of a family, needs to be dynamic, alterable. With the help of relative theories of sociology, gerontology, behavior psychology and ecology, this thesis analyzed some serious problems resulted from un-adapting to family' s dynamic process, such as low utilization of land, "vacant families" , lacking of people' s sense of spiritual belonging and identification. So, we need flexible houses.Then, this thesis induced and summarized the adjusting mode of theexisting flexible houses - the house-inner consummation in thefixed areas and the outer subjoining when adding residential areas, and analyzed some pertinent native and alien instances, including some way of flexibility realization and also the localization.At last, this thesis advanced a new kind of comparatively idealized residence mode of modern city - the flexible condominium. Based on the original form of contemporary chief living style in the city——the condominium, this sort of house not only considered adaptation to the family' s dynamic process and the improvements to the city ecological system, but also thought about "the social equality" through supplying every family "equal base space" and gave some suggestions on specific single design, zone design and tech-node design, market operation method, so as to explain the "flexibility" and "feasibility" .The research is beneficial to the human and ecological developments of our living environments in the future. And we can dwell poetically in the city.
