The calculating model for pile-board structure which will be built in the passenger dedicated railway from Zheng Zhou to Xian was put forward. The load and the design theory for pile-board structure was analysed. Some difficult problems of key technology had been settled, such as interaction of soil and pile, temperature stress, different settlement of pile foundation and optimization of the main structural dimension. The interaction of soil and pile was analysed by the concept of 'Comprehensive Rigidity'.The problem of temperature stress and different settlement of pile foundation was solved by the theory of 'Deformation Harmony'.And the main size was optimized by 'Rerpendicular Theory'.According to the theory above, the calculating software was programmed with Pascal, and the pile-board structure for the worst-case engineering was designed. Then the pile-board structure was analysed by three-dimensional simulation. And the simulation results proved that the calculating theory was rational and the academic results used in the design was secure. At the same time the characteristics of the pile-board structure was discussed more.At last, aiming at the pile-board structure of engineering, the reduced scale model test was carried on according to the similar theory. Combining with the results of the test, the dynamic characteristic of the pile-board structure was analysed, and the results proved further that the calculating model in the theory was rational and the design was secure.Based on the research results above , some conclusions had been summarized and these conclusions can provide some references to the design and construction.
