| The buried heating pipeline stress analysis and force calculation method were studied by this paper. According to classification of stress,a variety of load and calculation method were analyzed, and internal pressure stress, thermal stress, external load stress were formulated,numerical simulation using ANSYS software verification and numerical formula. The ANSYS program was used numerical simulation and numerical calculation, in order to validated the theoretical formulation.Based on the analysis the form of force and transmutation of buried heating pipeline, more practical method of calculation for force and displacement of buried heating pipeline were advanced. Formulations of internal pressure, compensator stretch pressure and the soil friction that conditions with the circle were derived. Formulations of fixed anchorage force calculation were synthesized in the form of charts. While the stability of buried heating pipeline was checked. The formulations can be used as design foundation of buried pipeline fixed anchorage. Finally, software design scheme and the software interface, were provided the basis for the design of software. |
