Because people live gradually raise of the level.In recent years, the car carriable an important part that the refrigerator also becomes the domestic and international automobile electronics accessories. This dissertation is about the research of car carriable refrigerator compressor control system, is one of the core techniques of the car carriable refrigerator.This paper discusses the power supply and the refrigerator compressor used in brushless motor.For the aim to prove the motor efficiency and control system's capability,design power boost up module and fuzzy PI arithmetic.Because the car carriable refrigerator compressor use the direct current 12 V storage battery power supply. While brushless motor working,transistor's wastage will be well effect.For this reason in this disseration author use power boost up module put 12V to 36V as power. For the sake of the power boost up module,author investigate the characteristic of DC/DC power boost up module and discuss several representative ones.By the research the excellency and shortcoming of push-pull/positive-power/half-bridge, this paper adopts half-bridge as original of DC/DC and double-current commute as vice-side.Control aspect: This paper analyses the foundation of work principle of brushless the direct current electrical engineering. Base the analyse author adopt three phase whole-bride circuit to control the brushless the direct current motor.The control system use the TMS 320LF2407 chip as core to buildup the hardware.Becaure the brushless direct current motor is working in pressurize environment,so the author use the positionless-sensor style to control.Profit from doing so ,one aspect can prove the control system reliability and reduce the possibility to fault,on the other hand can minish the control system physical volume.At present domestic car carries refrigerator has a shortcoming is that the control arithmetic however is the old PID control that reflect the control precision is bad.Control through a fuzzy of on-line from whole settle, making to control system can revise the parameter of the system speed and the electric current modulator automatically, raising the work function of the system.
