Nowadays with the development of productive force and science and technology,it becomes general when welding steel structure works in low ,even very low temperature,so we must study the influence of welding seam mechanical property on low temperature.According to correlated norm and basic theory ,when reiforcement bar bead is butt welding seam by flash butt welding or steel tube is butt - welded tube by hand arc - weld,first bead,low carbon steel or corresponding rank rolled products,HRB335 screw-thread steel with the diameter between 16~25mm,seamless stell pipe with wider external conjugate diameter and smaller wall thickness,static load uniformity acting(loading speed is very low,≤5 KN/s ),we did different types of specification butt - welded steel tension contrast experiment under several groups of low tempreture,and studied the law of strength and corresponding mechanical property at low temperature,taking 36 samples,at the same time ,we did different types of specification butt - welded tube bending risistence contrast experiment under room and low tempreture, studied the law of strength and corresponding mechanical property with the descending temperature,especially at low temperature,taking 24 samples.By the tests we can basicly concluded the variable trend on tensile strength and bending resistance of bead at low temperature,but its applied range is confined.The study of the topic provide definitive reference on structural steel design and construction in engineering experience ,at the same time ,provide definitive theory basis when more pround study...
