Study On The Landscape Of Garden Bridges

"there is the water in all gardens nearly,and there are bridges near the water".In all ages,the applications of garden bridges are very widespread.This text have investigated the garden bridges in Fujian province,Jiangxi province,Guizhou province and so on,and suggested the the theoretic gisr and the systemic investigation..I analyzed the history,present condition and development trend of garden bridges, expressed the signifigance of garden bridge.Garden bridges can be classified into three types,and indicate the of design. At last I have analysed the landscape of garden bridges on the unification which is with the people ,the nature and the esthetics.The main results are as follows.(1)Base the investigation, based on the materials garden bridges can be divided into some types:timber bridge,stone bridge,tile bridge,steel bridge, ferroconcrete bridge etc.Base on the mode, garden bridges can be divided into some types:Flat bridge,Arch bridge,Corridor bridge,Pavilion bridge, Pontoon bridge,hanging bridge, block Step,etc..Base on the main function, garden bridges can be divided into some types :the bridges are used on traffic,bridge are used to symbolize and decorate;the bridges are used to view and entertain.The size and the scale of the bridge is relavant with the size of the water.The inestigation of the plants growed near the bridges can make use of three forms:the plant growed in the water ,the plant growed in the revetment and the plant growed in the shoreside.(2)The text have suggested the connotation of the landscape of garden bridges which included two aspects—The Essential Bridgescape and The Environmental Bridgescape.Base on the design theory , put forward some principle and notion in the design of garden bridges: Functionazation, Ecologyization, Sampleization, Humanityization, Artization, Popularize science design.(3)To analyze The Essential Bridgescape and The Environmental Bridgescape. The Essential Bridgescape consist of some ascepts:the mode of the bridges,the size and the scale,the materials,the colour and the conifiguration. The Environmental Bridgescape consist of two ascepts:the nature and the culture.(4)Suggestion.In the point of "Function-Ecology",There are three types of Modern garden:The garden in daily life,The garden in citizen life and The garden in traveling and recuperatory life. I analyzed the point of the design on bridgescape in every type of the graden,.Then I have some suggestion.(5)Take the example.I have taken the example of the construction of garden bridges,and contrast with the function,landscape,ecology with a lot of photos,then I have some objective appraisal.
