The Design And Realization Of 601-style Car Central Controlling Device

With the fast development of the modern car electronic technology, the car central controlling system has become one of the typical products in the modern car electronic industry. Their main controlling system has the function of learning with password.The system consists of PIC16F873 Single Chip Microcomputer, signal checking, three-dimention buffer storage, lock-storing unit, interface electric circuit and executive unit.The whole operation system consists of main operation, glass raising-lowering operation, opening/shutting central controlling locking operation, anti-stealing operation, and the dis-coding operation of anti-stealing. The technology of KEELOQ is applied to put on or take off the passwords. In the development of Single Chip Microcomputer, PICSTART Plus Programming Controller and MPLAB are used to develop the environment, Borland Turbo C as the language for programming, Protel DXP2004 as the tool to design the electric circuit.That the invention of the 601-style car central controlling unit has its significance lies in that it is convenient in both using and maintenances. This system is in accordance with the requirements of the present development of car electronic products. Also, it meets the needs of the consumers who want the improvement of the automatic operations. In a word, it is quite practical.
