| With more and more automobiles entering ordinary family, the security of automobile has already became a serious social problem. It is very important to mount a headlight cleaner on automobile for the automobile security. Up to now, all of the headlight cleaners in our country were imported from other countries. If a new kind of headlight cleaner can be developed by our country and it can take place of those imported device, it will bring very important economic benefit.This paper described the working principle of a new kind of headlight cleaner firstly, designed the main part of the headlight cleaner-nozzle, established the right turbulent model and numerical simulation method based the CFD software FLUENT.The principle of atomization and water jet was described theoretically, and the flow characteristic of the nozzle was analyzed.Secondly, this paper established a suitable turbulent model and searched for a suitable numerical solution to solve model according to the distribution of flow field in the nozzle. The course and key question during the simulation of flow field in the nozzle was also described.Thirdly, in order to find out the structure parameter influenced on the inner flow and to provide support for the design of nozzle, this paper analyzed the flow field in the nozzle with the software FLUENT, used different structure parameter of nozzle to simulate the inner flow of the nozzle and compared the results of simulation.At last, an experiment platform was designed, and parts of the numerical simulation results were validated. From the results of numerical simulation and the results of experiment, the kind of nozzle and design is suitable. |
