According to reading many literatures, it's prone to ripe to research the bending capacity of reinforced concrete with CFRP. But, it's a long way to research the bending capacity of steel reinforced concrete with CFRP. So the paper focuses on research on bending capacity of steel reinforced concrete with CFRP. The following are summarizes of theoretical analysis:1. Based on the experiment data, the paper proves that reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams with CFRP is feasible in theory and finite element analysis.2. Deduce the right section member formula on steel reinforced concrete beams with CFRP in three cases (the natural axis passes the top flange girth of the steel just right, the natural axis passes sternum of the steel, the natural axis does not pass the steel).3. Deduce the rigidity formula on reinforcement of steel reinforced concrete beams with CFRP. According to the rigidity formula on the regular service conditions of the reinforced concrete, deduce the rigidity formula the rigidity on the regular service conditions of steel reinforced concrete.4. Based on the discussion above, proceed the finite element analysis on reinforced concrete beams and steel reinforced concrete beams with ANSYS, and the analysis results accord with the theoretical analysis and finite element analysis .
