As a new type heating fashion electrical floor radiate heating occupies the important position in the indoor heating. Owing to this, the text researched a low cost electrically conductive carbon black cement mortar, go along the experimentation which is in door radiate heating and finite element simulation, this is a new attempt about the association between indoor heating and electrically conductive concrete. The following conclusions can be obtained:1) Preparation the carbon black cement mortar used in indoor heating successfully. When the content of carbon black more than 2.5%, resistivity descend below 100Ω·cm; in here zone, a little effect on the resistivity of duration; mechanics capability can satisfy the demand, too. The test indicates that: the conduct time and electric heating circles have no obvious influence on its electrical resistance, electric power have good iterance and stabilization.2) From the design to execution of the carbon black cement mortar, we set up a whole set experimentation system, prove this method is feasibility. When import 122.6W/m~2 electric power, the air temperature can rise 10℃while the board is 31℃in 330min, the indoors air distributes uniformly; pass to the result we estimate that in a house of 10m~2 the expenses of heating is3.02 yuan.3) Between the carbon black cement mortar board and surroundings air exist convection and radiates, and the latter occupy primarily, Adopt finite simulate the temperature of board and air, the result very close to experimentation, its show that indoors air distributes uniformly, the temperature at bottom surface of the board slightly higher than top.The research of carbon black cement mortar used for indoors heating or other engineering application will have great importance.
