The text discusses the Development trend of whole world cogeneration, the development prospect of china cogeneration, the development strategy and realistic meaning of shanghai, the necessary of building the cogeneration power plant of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, explains the important and necessary of cogeneration optimal configuration of gas-steam combined-cycle power plant. Through the comparison of steam-turbine cycle, gas-turbine cycle and gas-steam combine-cycle, the comparison of steam-turbine cogeneration and combined-cycle cogeneration, the text explains the application and advantage of gas-steam combined-cycle cogeneration. Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Cogeneration power plant as an example, the configuration sets up two unit gas-steam combined-cycle. Each combined-cycle unit is the two shaft gas-steam combined-cycle unit made up of a "F" grade gas-turbine generators,a two pressure no reheat heat-recovery-steam-generator and a Double-extraction condensing steam turbine generator. Analyzes the configuration of combined-cycle cogeneration and the method of load adjustment. The premise of the current systems and equipment, optimization and improvement of three projects Cogeneration systems can be raised, the three projects can be improved reliability or changed conditions combined cycle characteristics or improved combined cycle thermal efficiency. According to the different needs, we can adopt one or another optimization and improvement projects, so the gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration power plant play greater advantage. We also hope to provide information and reference for design and configuration of the same type of unit or the similar items.
