Effects Of Social Changes In Modern Harbin On Evolvement Of Urban Spatial Structure

In the modern history, the development and evolution of Harbin city space can be called is a big miracle in Chinese city history. It is a typical miniature which reflected an exceptional development of a city under the Chinese modern history background. It has had huge and profound influence afterwards the evolution and change of Harbin city's spatial structure. Therefore, we must learn from history, study the effect of Social history on Harbin city spatial structure evolvement, and seek a new method of structure optimization and conformity for Harbin modern city space. From an new angle of view of the international human geography region research and through studying the relations between the vicissitude of Harbin society and the evolvement of city spatial structure, this paper try to establish a analytical frame of the evolvement of city spatial structure which is based on politics, the economy, and the vicissitude of correlative systems.According to massive materials of literature and history, using the theory and method of history, sociology, geography, statistics and so on, social history background and the process of Harbin in modern times (1860～1945) is investigated.Based on this, the relations between the vicissitude of Harbin society and the change of Harbin city spatial structure, space configuration, function layout, and correlative space essential is discussed. Through the simultaneity analysis and diachrony of social vicissitude and evolvement of city spatial structure, a general function mechanism of the society vicissitude to the evolvement of Harbin city spatial structure in modern times is established.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction ,which explains the research motive and the goal of this article, introduce and appraise the domestic and foreign research status, then defines the main research concepts, the research aspect and the research area of this article, then give the basic structure and technical route of this article. Second, three, four chapters take the Harbin city space-time sequence as the main thread, comprehensively analyzes the relation between the evolvement of city spatial structure and the social vicissitude of Harbin in the modern history, studies emphatically the influence of social vicissitude on the evolvement of the increase and decrease, the shape, the function layout of city space and the correlative space essential. The fifth chapter is the discussion and the conclusion, which synthetically analyze the influence of three big essential factors—the geopolitics, the economy, the immigrant on the evolvement of the Harbin city spatial structure, then conclude a general function mechanism of the society vicissitude to the evolvement of Harbin city spatial structure in modern times, discuss emphatically the function - space mutually suitable mechanism in the evolvement of Harbin city spatial structure .
