| The Power Line Communication (PLC) is a new kind of communication, which is different from traditional communication such as telecommunication, telephone, radio communication. Using PLC can bring enormous economic benefit, and it has a good application foreground. But the noise on PLC is a chief obstruction to restrict the PLC's popularization. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is a digital modulation technique that has so many features such as high efficient of bandwidth, fast data transmitting and so on. So, it has great significance to research on OFDM.After introducing the principle of PLC, this paper analyses the characteristic of power line channel. The model of PLC channel is founded also. And then the paper makes a simple analysis on traditional digital modulation technique, and makes a complement analysis on OFDM. The principle and the key technique of OFDM are analyzed deeply. Peak-to-Average Power Radio (PAPR), a key problem of OFDM is emphasized and researched. Comparing with several PLC designs, a perfect design is selected. The selected design is optimized and simulated. Thus, the best way to decrease PAPR of PLC is come out. And then the problem of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) of PLC is discussed. The international standard of EC of PLC is discussed also. At last, the method of decreasing the electromagnetic radicalization of PLC is come out. |
