Research On Application Of TerraZyme Soil Stabilization Technology In Rural Road

Rural road construction is a very important thing that is related to the people's production and life. In order to improve the rural traffic condition, meet the needs of the people's travelling, promote the country economic growth and give service to urbanization process, the Party Central Committee and the State Council highly lay stress on"the Country, the Agriculture and the Farmer"problems, and constantly increase the infrastructure investment of the countryside, and energetically implement rural road reconstruction. It's estimated that in the coming several years the rural construction will go into a new climax. But to maintain the good development tendency of the rural road construction, one of the biggest problems that the government of all levels should be faced is the shortage of capital. In the current epoch that science and technology are increasingly advanced, it is an exigent mission that how to use the high and new technology to reduce the cost of road construction and to solve the diffcult problem of road construction.TerraZyme is a kind of biological catalyst. Very little of it can prodigiously speed up the process of chemic reaction. Using TerraZyme to solidify the soil has the excellences of high intensity and low cost and high stability and non-pollutions. This paper researched on TerraZyme soil stabilization technology used in the rural road construction according to the background of the programme"The Demonstration and Application of TerraZyme in the Rural Roads"established by Hunan Province Science and Technology Department. In the paper it firstly researched on TerraZyme stabilization mechanism and effect by experimental study. Then it researched on the applicability of TerraZyme in the rural road construction by TerraZyme experimental roads. And in the end, thinking about that nowadays it is just introduced into soil stabilizer and its construction technology in China. Although in China it is also paved some stabilization enzyme roads, it is not formed a set of molding construction technology and suggestions for technology guidance. So this paper summarized the construction techniques of TerraZyme stabilization technology and it is contrasted by economically analyzing by researching many TerraZyme stabilization experimental roads.It is indicated that the effect of TerraZyme stabilization is good through the experimental study of TerraZyme soil stabilization and the effect of the TerraZyme stabilization experimental roads. It is feasible to use TerraZyme soil stabilization technology in the rural road construction. If TerraZyme soil stabilization technology can be fetched and be properly applied in the low-grade roads, it can largely reduce the cost of the rural roads'construction. And it can affect a good economic and social benefit in the nowadays rural road construction.
