| Nowadays, the composite slab, as a kind of important floor structure, which holds merits of the perform slab structure and the cast slab structure, has been widely used in the filed of the building and the bridge resulting in remarkable social and economic profitability. Now profiled sheeting concrete composite slab is used the most, but this composite slab uses a lot of steel and has shear slip between the steel slab and the concrete slab. According to its shape, we'll solve these problems by using reinforced concrete slab with ferrocement instead of profiled sheeting concrete composite slab.In this paper, the bending behavior of perform underplate and composite slab with steel wire mesh was experimentally investigated. Based on the different number of layers wire mesh and whether late cast-in-place concrete contain reinforcing steel or not, 12 slabs were tested. By 3 perform underplates with steel wire mesh, we research their characteristic. Composite slabs were investigated in two batches. 5 composite slabs were tested by once force-bearing; 4 composite slabs considering secondary load.The works of this paper are as follows:(1)By equally loading on perform underplate with steel wire mesh, the correlation formulae about cracking load, ultimate load, deflection are established, according to different number of layers wire mesh. Without brace, the perform underplate with steel wire mesh used for permanence template is feasible.(2) Based on the different number of layers wire mesh and whether late cast-in-place concrete contain reinforcing steel or not, we deduce and establish correlation formulae about composite slab cracking load, ultimate load, the maximum crack width, deflection.(3)Bending curvature is established by nonlinear analysis. Comparing compute deflection and ultimate load with experiment deflection and ultimate load, the both are in close agreement. The model established can show the nature of composite slab in work.(4)In the experiment, there wasn't shear slip between the perform underplate and late cast concrete, which shows the composite slab performance integrally at good state.(5)Composite slab with steel wire mesh by contrast with cast-slab by numerical example, finding that composite slab with steel wire mesh is more economical. |
