鈽匬ure single crystal silicon, as an important semiconductor, has already been used in many areas, such as molectron, computer technology, communication technology and automatic technology. In recent years, photoelectric property of this kind of material was paid much attention. Since solar cell come out, crystal silicon as an important cell material has been dominating. As for the living technology and condition, in view of capability, single crystal silicon is the ideal material for solar cell.鈽匱his paper is about organic and inorganic modification on single crystal silicon wafer surface and photoelectric properties of the modified electrode, tasks as follows:鈽?. n-Si(111) surface tailed-C2H5,-C2H4COOH,-C2H2COOH were prepared by the reactions among Si-H to ethyl-Grignard, methyl acrylate and ethyl propionate, and the carboxyl were formed under the existence of trifluoroacetic acid. The modified n-Si(111) electrodes were obtained by depositing Pt nanodots and the photovoltaic characteristics for these were studied in I-/I3-redox electrolyte. The j-U behaviors of photo-voltage and photocurrent density to the electrodes under solar illumination varied regularly with groups of-C2H2COOH>-C2H4COOH>-H>-C2H5.The photo-voltage and photocurrent density of the electrode tailed-C2H2COOH were at-0.641V and 5.25mA/cm2, more negative than the non-conjugated modification. 鈽?. a series of Ni(鈪?/Fe(鈪?/Fe(鈪?-LDHs carbonate with different ratio of Ni/Fe were synthesized and assemblied on surface of n-silicon (111) wafer flatly (concussed in ultrasonic bath). The spinel ferrites coming from the synthesized LDHs adsorbed on silicon wafer were obtained from the assemblies by calcinations, and the composite electrodes were prepared by depositing platinum cluster particles on the assemblies' surface. Results show that the spinel ferrites have a great affection on photoelectric transmission to n-Silicon (111) crystalline while the modified electrode is in HI/I2 solutions as electrolyte. Photo-voltage (Upv) and photocurrent density (jpc) of the composite electrodes have strong changeable rules with different contents of spinel ferrites and the existent state of spinel ferrites.鈽?. Ni(鈪?Fe(鈪?-LDH-TiCl3 nitrate was synthesized by the reaction between Ni(鈪?-Fe(鈪?-LDH Ni2+/Fe3+=2:1) and titanium (鈪? chloride, and the modified LDH was grafted horizontal on the surface of n-silicon (111) wafer by the chemical bond of Si-O-Ti. In both of the connections, Si-O-Ti bonds were found. The spinel ferrite collected to silicon wafer was obtained from the two assemblies by calcinations. Research results show that the modifications from calcinations have good photovoltaic effect in the solution of 7.6 M HI/0.05 M I2, with photo-voltage (Upv) and photocurrent density (jpc) respectively-0.706 V and 2.11 mA路cm-2 , respectively.鈽匒ll research above provide a new idea and way to improve the photoelectric properties for the modifidied electrode of single crystal silicon.
