The FEM computation of engineering can reflect the characteristic of deformation, stress state and destroy mechanism of slope, but can not get an intuitionistic safety factory. Method of rigid limit equilibrium analysis has a certain extent of localization in the investigation of destroy mechanism, though it can get an intuitionistic safety factory and the position of dangerous slide surface. So we need a limit equilibrium FEM method impendence which combines the FEM compute result with the limit equilibrium analysis method. Base on Greco's research work, author introduced the Monte Carlo method with FEM to solve the problem of search for dangerous slide surface and the minimum of safety factory. Application this method of search slide surface of slope, the way considered of stress-strain relationship of material; get the stress and strain of the slope, the deformation of the slope; come true the auto search of dangerous slide surface and compute of the minimum of safety factory. The embody investigation works as follows:(1)Use the Monte Carlo method in mathematics to solve the problem of limit equilibrium FEM computation of slope. After doing a lot of investigation work on the correlative content of the Monte Carlo method, make sure that the Monte Carlo method can analysis the slope stability problem;(2)Discussed the way of application the Monte Carlo method combined with FEM into searching slide surface of slope and safety factory. Solved problems exist in coming true this method. Get a new method of compute safety factory. Introduce some correlative mechanics commonsense to optimize the judgment of the position of center points of slip lines, which improved the compute efficiency .Compute the stress of center points of slip lines, compute sliding force and sliding resistance on the slip lines. Then use Fortran-Language to edit the compute program and the fore-and aft disposal procedure;(3)Use the Monte Carlo method combined with the FEM analysis procedure, author have done the FEM of limit equilibrium analysis of a simple example slope, to prove the correction of this method, and do the parameters sensitivity of the simple slope, and get the varied curves of the relationship of the safety factory and the slide surface to the inner friction angle, cohesion, poison ratio and elasticity modulus;(4)Application the Monte Carlo method combined with FEM analysis soft, author finished the plane FEM of limit equilibrium analysis of slope stability of the Jin-ping hydro-power slope engineering. To compare with the limit equilibrium method and get the consistent result, also prove the correctness and the stability of this method.
