The direct torque control(DTC) is one of the high performance control strategies.It directly control the electromagnetic torque and stator flux,using the analyzing method of space vector and stator flux orientation. It has the excellence of the highest precision,the shortest response time and the simplest computing.Starting at the asynchronous motor model,according to the traditional theory of DTC and the principle of variable frequence control,we analyze the approximate round flux theory of DTC in the emulator.Using method of voltage vector selection, we can select the voltage vector by the position and magnitude of stator flux as well as the magnitude of torque.And we analyze on the different start-up mode in the start-up process of the DTC,using the method of emulator.Aim at the shortage of the tradition switch signal choice table,design a new table.At last, we particular introduce the hardware system of DTC,and inform the circuit diagram of the main hardware system and each function.
