Study On The Mechanism And The Upward-effect Of Compaction Grouting

Grouting technology is a practical and wide application engineering technology.. In this paper, using mechanical and mathematical knowledge, analysis the compaction grouting mechanism and the upward-effect of compaction grouting, in view of the weaknesses that exist in compaction grouting. In a word, the main content of this paper and the results are as follows:1. The paper summarizes the profile of grouting technique, research the historical development and current status of grouting technique and explains the trend of grouting technology.2. The characteristics, range of application, materials needed and mechanical analysis of the processes of compaction grouting are researched in accordance with the problems in compaction grouting theory and result as the main controlling factor of compaction grouting is grouting pressure.3. A summary analysis of mechanism of compaction grouting is given according to the law of conservation of energy. The Columnar diffusion model of compaction grouting is built. The limited grouting pressure of compaction grouting is driveled in the methods of mathematical. The mechanical analysis of the upward-effect of compaction grouting was researched by using Conical shearing failure model; The diffusion radius and the method of figuring out the limit of grouting pressure are derived association with the Columnar diffusion theory and Conical shear failure model.4. After building of the finite element model in the compaction grouting, the paper make a simulation of the mechanism of compaction grouting by the finite element software.5. Take the grouting projection of Changsha Radio and TV University as an example, this paper analyzes the design, the construction methods and the effect examination effects of compaction grouting, and explained this article has certain applicability in a certain extent.
