High support frame of fastener-style steel pipe is mostly widely used inthe cast-in-place concrete structure recently in China. However, because ofthe uncertain and unsafe factors during designing calculation and practicalbuilding of this frame, collapses of high support frame frequently takeplace and meanwhile seriously affect the safety of construction andperformance of building.Through the site detection, this paper studied the rule of the static anddynamic peak axial force of different part of the supporting pole during theperiod of casting concrete. It also studied the global vibration frequency ofhigh support frame in the construction and the vibration eigenvalue ofhorizontal struts, vertical struts of high support frame in differentconstruction stages and different construction technologies. This paperdetermined the vibration incidence of each construction technology to thedifferent pole of the high support frame. For example, the incidence ofvibrating and pouring of concrete, Moreover it discovered during theprocess of construction, the horizontal amplitude of middle part of vertical struts of the high support frame was the largest. Meanwhile this paperestablished an entire numerical analytic model of high support frame. Itsimulated the different construction technologies, confirmed the rule of theaxial force of vertical struts of the high support frame and the incidence ofeach construction technologies to the vibration amplitude of differentvertical pole and horizontal pole.This paper had designed the different global spatial finite elementmodel and then calculated the free-vibrating frequency and dynamicresponse of the high support frame to the harmonic loads. Through theanalysis of calculation, the disciplinarian the free-vibration frequency ofthe high support frame changes relating to the form of the high supportframe and the common law about deformation and the displacement of thehigh support frame to the harmonic loads can be attained.
