The abrasion wear-resisting property of high performance concrete, the changing of performance, the mechanism of breakage and the measure of increasing after freeze-thaw and wearing using together were studied.Grid resistance performance of concrete was studied under different intensity, content of gas, surface state, mixture and time by two methods that were inorganic grid test and water flush test. We emphasized on grid performance of concrete induced by mixing coal ash powder and containing gas. The result was that mixing proper coal ash powder and containing gas compound were helpful to improving the grid resistance performance.We also studied on the influencing factor of freezing resistance performance by fast freezing and thaw test on the basis of freezing-thaw mechanism theory. To improving the freezing resistance performance, we presented the measure by controlling content of gas, water-ash ratio, bone stuff quality and construction quality of concrete. We also emphasized on the content of gas.Destruct process and mechanism under the function of grid, freezing-thaw and combination of grid and freezing-thaw analyzed by grid resistance and freezing resistance study. The performance of concrete was studied on mixing silicon powder and fibre material, respectively under the unit function of grid and freezing. From the photos of electronic microscope scanning, we analyzed the improving mechanism of these two concretes from microcosmic angle. The result was that mixing silicon powder and fibre material were helpful to improving the grid resistance and freezing resistance of concrete.
