| Transit priority has become an efficient measurement to solve traffic jam, alsoit's necessary for adjusting city traffic configuration, improving the human livingcondition and promoting the sustainment of the city. It has become a commn choice toimprove the transit attraction. However, the development of the transit is faced withgreat challenge: Firstly, If the development of transit can satisfy the travel demand forpeople as it's more and more diversify and speedly; Secondly, how to affront thecompetition and impulsion of the private vehicle for the transit.In order to improve transit attraction, the paper eatablished Orded Logit Model,anslyzed transportation elastycities, studied on the measurments of improving transitattraction.Transprtation elasticity analyzes how the travel demand changes as impactfactors altere. It is an efficient analysis method in the policy establishment. The papermade the elasticity in the economic as the base, used the foreign research progeny forrefrence, introduced the calculate method of transportation elasticities. It establishedthe base of theory for the future research.It's a relative concept for transit attraction. It represents as how the travler prefersto choose the transit in the microcosmic lay. In macroscopical lay, it represents theproportion of the transit travel. The paper analyzed the influence factor of transitattraction, fetched in odered Logit model to anlyze the twin contrast data, establishedpublic transportation correspond-copmpete model and publication-car competitionmodel. At last it calculated the formula of transportation elasticity.Finally, taking Beijing as example, the paper designed the percept of the survey,analyzed the consequent and established the stated choice model for both of the transitcolony and the car colony. And then, it analyzed the transportation elasticity. Basedon all before, the paper brought forward the measurements of improving transitattraction from two points of view, and evaluated the measurements.
